Bring imaging, a medication list, and your referral if your plan requires one. Expect about 45 minutes: history, physical exam, review of any MRI or X-ray, and a written plan before you leave.

Soreness at the injection site for a day or two is normal. Light walking is encouraged, heavy lifting is not. We call you within 48 hours, and this page lists the symptoms that warrant a call to us sooner.
